I can't rally help ya but my buddy is looking to do this and 35's. Depending on how much the 35's drop his rpms in OD. He has 4.10's right now

Why would you want to? You either have 3:55 or 4:10. A 3:73 would not be a noticable difference enough to justify the cost

I know that the 3.55 is pretty high for around here but you dont want to go any lower than 4.10 just because i am in the rocky mountains and there is a lot of hills to pull and a fairl amount of flat land. 3.73 seems like it would be best for around here where i am not sure about the OP though.

I too would like to invest in a set of 3.73's after i swap to a d60. Tho imo the difference between 4.10 and 3.73 is very noticeable being my blk truck has 4.10 and my fathers 03 has 3.73 id choose the latter any day over 4.10

couldnt have said it better myself. the old expy had 3.73 swap...best of both worlds....

I have the 3.55s and am lookin for prices mostly on 4.10s(dreaming) where do I find them?

I have a 10.25 and a TTB with 4.10 on the storage rack ..can make you a deal. Aprox 90k on them.

i thought some OBS trucks had 3.73s? im pretty confident my grandpas IDI has them. its a 2wd if it makes a difference though

I like my 4:10's a lot better then the 3.55's my friends 7.3 had...The 3.55's seemed so gutless pulling...my 4.10's keep the truck up in the powerband better.
