no the 2 and 4 wheel drive main shafts are different length and the rear of the 2 wheel drive zf and 4 wheel drive case is completely different. in order to change that case and shaft you gotta completely pull the trans into pieces and pull it all out of the rear case and put into a new case. now if you find a zf 5 speed from a 2 wheel drive f-450 that has the brake on the back of the trans you just unbolt the brake on back of trans and bolt the t case right up to it.
