Chromewheel.com I sent my 22.5's to Bernie, he machined them down to 22's, faced the flanges for proper fitment with adapters, and polished them for $1000. That's been around 3 years ago. He originated these kits. People like American Force just jumped on the bandwagon and started widely distibuting them. He has tons of info on his site, and was the only one I could find who would machine a set of used wheels. Red's in Miami (dieselwheels.net) will not modify a used wheel, but does know alot about these kits, and fitments. I have since went to 24's cut down from 24.5's.
