My truck is a 2013 F-350 6.7l powerstroke that has around 137000 miles on it and has been deleted. Oil changes every 3k miles and haven’t really had any big problems until today. On my way to work this morning the truck started shaking violently at around 1500 rpm and it would stop if I got below that. It stopped right before I got to worm but started right after I left work again. I saw something about the 15 and 16 models having problems with the valves. I’m just looking for any ideas.

Was the truck in regen? If so it’s most likely the exhaust valves on the regen bank.

It was not in regen. It has been deleted. My turbo pressure gauge was maxed out and it didn’t move even at idle. Today it’s running fine.

Sorry I must have read over the part that you said it was deleted. You need to read ECM DTCs and go from there.
