I'm very novice with engines so sorry in advance for my lack of terminology. Came home today and noticed the truck had been leaking something. Feels slightly slick and greasy like oil (not as thick) but smells more like coolant. Fairly clear in color. Looks to be coming off some smaller lines of some kind near the undercarriage of the truck under the passenger side? Any help is appreciated

When it comes to leaks, help over the Internet is hard to give.

It could be radiator hoses, hose under the degas bottle, thermostat seal, radiator itself, over-pressuring of the degas bottle, leaking degas bottle (cap or plastic bottle), etc.

You just have to clean up all you see and watch for it to begin again. Catch it early before it spreads.

You can also rig up a hose from a small air compressor and "tee" it into a vent hose that goes to the degas bottle and pressurize the coolant system (go to 15 psig max). Then look for an active leak.
