Hello, Newbie here with a problem with my 2003 6.0.

Had oil change along with both fuel filters a week ago. This past Friday was driving truck with no issues then all of a sudden lost power and now a no start.Went out and bought the scangauge2 and got it set up.the following reading are what i'm getting

KOEO

IPR 14.5
ICP 50 the ICP was replaced with the newer style about a year ago
FMP 48.5
SYC 0

While cranking

IPR 84.71
ICP 603
FMP 48.5
SYC 1

I believe i have a issue with the IPR. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is that ICP "desired" or "actual"?

If that's your ICP it's not your HPOP. Check fuel pressure.

no doubt it should start with icp over 500...but a healthy system should ramp to at least 1500 right before starting.

check fuel pressure like said above. then i would do a leak test on the high pressure system
