I have a Kit from 4 Wheel Parts, installed it couple of years ago. I'll try and find the part numbers.

Man I'm sorry but I can't find any of my paperwork for the lift kit. It's a Rancho kit and was purchased at 4 Wheel Parts. I looked on the web site an couldn't find it, I'll continue to look for it but, I think my wife got a hold to it (which means I'll find it in a box 10 years from now).

A simple way of lifting it would be to put some plate between the spring perch and the bottom of the coil spring. I have been running mine this way for the last 150,000 miles with no issues at all. It isn't a huge lift, but it looks clean.
