So I just bought a 2007 f350 crew cab short bed and the rear driver leaf spring is broke and I went to get the tire off and the lug nuts look like they are 12 point and none of my 12 points sockets fit them and I don’t want to strip them any ideas I need to get the springs replaced so I can drive it thanks

If it is driveable I'd just take it down to a tire dealer and have them replace all the lug nuts with standard ones.

Those aren't standard 12 points. They look like a keyed lug nut, just a different style than is typical. Look in the glove box and all the nooks and crannies for the "key". I keep mine in the glove box, but I've found them in a zip-lock baggie which was then taped to the jack. And if all else fails, do what Bugman suggested.
