Coolant occasionally spits out of the degass bottle under heavy load or WOT
Ive done a pressure test with a kit I have where you pump the pressure by hand and It held (slight air leak showed in one radiator tube but the clamp being tightened fixed it) other than that I have no issue I'm just at wondering what am I doing wrong...and or what am I missing about this situation I'm well mechanically inclined so usefull knowledge wo u LD be appreciated

Probably head gaskets. Get yourself a cheap guage & T it in to one of the small hoses on the degas bottle. Go for a good drive. If pressure is getting up to 16lbs (cap rating) you have a bad head gasket. Should stay around 8-10 unloaded if they are good. Has your truck been studded? That is if you're sure your cap is good.
