Noob here. Tried a search, but didn't see what I was looking for.

In the process of buying a 03 F350SD 7.3L CCSB SRW 4x4 offroad (no extra lift) with aftermarket aluminum rims and wanted to find some steel rims for winter use. Wondering what the options are for later model steels 17"+ and what issues you run into trying to run them (offset/spacers/boltpattern/etc.)?

Thanks in advance.

04 is the same as 1999-2003. 2005 they changed to greater backspace.

I run a 16" steel rim for winter with 255/85-16 tires. If you want to run a newer style rim, you will need to use 1" spacers. They will need to be hub-centric style.
