Hi, I've got an 04 f350 and when it starts it has a slight misfire. If you bring the rpms up to about 1500 you can feel it better. I get codes for turbo/supercharger under boost, and once in a while I'll get a cylinder 4 or cylinder 6 contribution code. I'm going to test the ficm tonight but I'm not sure where else to look. I just bought a sct sf3 and with the performance tune it would almost fall on it's face for about 2 seconds at take-off then pick right up. Any help to point me in the right direction would be great. Also I use an edge juice for a monitor and it seems that when it isn't hooked up to the map sensor it runs better? Thanks in advance guys..

The contribution fault codes are probably from injector stiction. To fix it permanently, replace them with ford ones. The turbo codes wont cause a misfire.

Does it smoke at all out the tailpipe? If so, what color? You need someone with a quality scanner that can read live data and do power balance testing.
