I replaced my injectors wiring harnesses under valve covers, check fuel screens on check valves on heads, replaced cam sensor, replaced icp sensor, swapped ipr for know good with new o-rings, replaced map, swap idm for know good but still have problems. Truck starts and idles fine, even revs up under no load to wot with no problems. The icp runs alittle high 825 at idle and will trip cel and throw code 1211. Once i start driving under load the truck feels like its running out of fuel no smoke but runs rough to the point if you keep your foot in it, it will die. truck develops 12 boost when i start and then boost starts dropping and then trucks starts running really rough. Fuel pressure on scanner will climb to 118 psi then the icp goes up to 2700 to 3000 the map shows no hz but voltage still goes up and down according to psi. any help would be much appreciated
