Hey y’all. I bought my first Powerstroke (stock platinum ‘15) 2 months ago. About a month ago I started to notice a whine at idle. It only occurs after the engine warms up (at or above ~170F). I discovered today that if I’m in park and if I gas it a little, the noise goes away to return a few seconds later.

After spending hours reading through threads on this forum I changed my 2 fuel filters. The noise persists. I thought that the engine has to be warm for the noise to happen maybe some bearings are going pad in the pulleys. Replaced the belt and hand spun all pulleys - no luck.

The noise is loud and irritating when idling with the windows down, but it’s very difficult to hear over video (sorry y’all).

I have an apt scheduled to drop it off and get it looked at this week, but wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue.
