Not sure on that, yeah the tail ligths are different, but you can use any from 99 up. I would say the back ups coming on is due to the lens thems selve being different and people not wirig them up correctly. Theres only two sockets in a tail light, one is for back ups and the other is running/ brake. if you light up a back up when you hit the brakes, you did something wrong is all I can say.

You can get a bolt kit from your local Ford dealer, the SD trucks and F150,s use two different size bolts so make sure there for a SD, Also if you go there have your vin ready, they use that to order parts so you,ll get what you want. The hoses was easy for me because I have parts cars out be hind the shop to source something, I used a peice of 3/4 heater hose for the vent, and found a radiator hose off something that was more than long enough to do the job. The filler tube points in the right direction, the hoses are just about an inch short. the rest will all work.

hey, so i had a few questions about that 2011 body you put on, i just bought one and i'd like to have all the parts i need for it once it's painted, like what bolt sizes i need, what im goin to need to extend my fuel neck, and anything else you may have ran into, any info would be awsome, dont really want my truck down for a week because of my trial and error... thank you
