Lincoln tech

iam graduating high school in a couple days and am going to lincoln tech for diesel and i was wondering if you all have heard or gone there just wanting some feedback

been there and toured it. not my favorite area. but that could float your boat. i opted for unoh in lima ohio instead.

Honestly I would save your money and just go find your self a job at a good shop with good technicians that are willing to show you the ropes.

an apprenticeship will show you far more than any fancy a$$ college and there bs, i went to a diesel college, turned out i wasted 2 years of my life, just make sure when they show u something your remember it, if you grew up doin mechanic work then go for it, but if your goin to school to learn HOW to be a mechanic i'd look into a new profession, being a mechanic is a god given talent, its not something you can be taught and be successful at, we have a few kids here in our dealership that went to school to learn HOW to be a mechanic and there as worthless as a dead cat

i went to lincoln tech and unoh and have an associates degree in diesel technology and they both were a waste of time... lincoln tech u have to put up with a bunch of f'in thugs and guys who are there becuase they have no ther option... unoh wasnt bad tho... still all the schooling in the world means nothin if you dont have the common sense to figure things out on ur own

I would go unoh if ur goin to a big tech school much betr thn lincoln and also lima is much smaller thn indy but i also just hate big cities and i really havent heard too much good bout lincoln
