Its not you it's them
They are talking about the Fenders,facts are the tubs would be the Inner portion of the fender,Most race cars have tubs cause they cut the inner side out of the fender and install TUBS to except Wider tires so they don't rub....for clearance....

Which has Zero to do with Fenders :~)
