Dynoed with the MP8

I got to dyno the truck tonight. The dyno sheet shows the original dyno from a few months back when I got the truck. At that time all stock it did 310/ 602.

Since that point I have added the AFE intake and DPF back exhaust, along with 22" wheels and 35's. The truck does have the 400/800 flash.

The first dyno run with the MP8 turned all the way down (simulates a "pass through") but still may affect the number so keep that in mind.

First Dyno run 311 (MP8 down)
Second Dyno run 331 (MP8 mid way)
Third Dyno run 364.7 (MP8) all the way up.

I wasn't able to get a toque number because Tony was in a rush and the dual steering stabilizer bracket was in the way of a quick hook up.

Here is the graph:

now to get to the track..

Looks like decent numbers.. The 310 was prior to the flash right?

Re: Dynoed with the MP8

Good deal good deal.. Seems like the 22s and 35s affected it a bit by bringing the flash down to 311.. Im sure you could get a few more ponies with the stockers.. Still good numbers

so roughly 50 hp, it just may be possible to see 500 very soon with a mp8/h&s stack...great to see the progress of the new truck

Re: Dynoed with the MP8

My plan is to run the truck at the track as is. After that I will probably put the stock tires and wheels back on, remove the MP8, dyno again so it would just show what the 400/800 flash really did to the wheels. After that pass, I will hook the MP8 back up, and dyno the positions, this will also tell me how much the MP8 affects HP turned all the way down. After I get these numbers I will take it to the track..then we can see how whats going on. The one variable that wont be removed is the AFE intake and DPF back exhaust.
