Gear change

I would like to change my 2015 SD F350 SRW with 20” wheels from 3:55 to 4:10. Not sure what all is involved but I understand once it is complete it has to be reprogrammed for the transmission and od to shift and work properly. Shops to do the work do not reprogram. Not sure if Ford dealerships can. Can I make this work by purchasing a tuner and going through theECM?

Re: Gear change

Ask the tuning company if their device supports changing the ratio. Last I used my X4 there was a screen for gear ratio.

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people my friend....those with loaded guns, and those who dig.

You dig.
