U.S. Awards No-Bid Contract in Afghanistan

Where are all the lib Cheney/Haliburton hatters screaming about this....???

Quote:
The U.S. government awarded a no-bid, $266 million contract for a lucrative electricity project in southern Afghanistan despite promising last year to seek competitive bids from other companies, The Associated Press has learned.

The U.S. Agency for International Development quietly made the change despite criticism over how it has managed billions of dollars spent on reconstruction contracts.

No it's not.

It was wrong before and it's wrong now.

The real question is, how come people like T-Bar are whining about it now...and defended Haliburton earlier?

.

Never have so many politicians, screwed so many Americans...just to make one black person lose his job.

Although your question doesn't make any sense to me......... surely you remember when Halliburton was being handed all of the no-bid contracts?

You really think that is the real question?

The real question is how do we stop it?

It looks like the "change" wasn't much change at all.

Of course those that were so critical of Bush's actions will find ways to defend Obama's
