Obama a 1 term president?

I got in an argument with my liberal grandma about the Obama. She is one of those people who thinks Obama is our holy savior, you know how it goes. So I ask, how many of you think that he is a 1 term president? I want him out, but I wonder if there are still a lot of ignorant people in the major cities who still believe that he will pay their bills, like he insinuated the first campaign.

I'm hoping he gets impeached before his first term is up.

If only those who knew what they were talking about replied, this thread would still be on page one.

No, it probably won't, but hopefully the American people are smart enough. Its the big metro areas where a lot of people want everyone else to take care of them.

Since he has reneged on most of his promises....I doubt even the morons that voted for him the first time will do so again.....

If you look at the electoral map, you will see that 80% of the land is red, while only the cities are blue. People who know how to fend for themselves vote red lol.

Re: Obama a 1 term president?

It's too soon to tell. It's all just conjecture at this point. Most presidents become very unpopular at the 2 year mark, especially when the economy is crap. Although most understand that the recession had already begun before he entered people are definitely starting to blame him (even though technically the recession is over). Once everyone KNOWS that the recession is over he could have a huge rebound.

Also the Repubs could completely do themselves in over the next 2 years. Only 26% of the population supports renewing the tax breaks for the wealthy for instance. If they continue to push unpopular policies the public will make it known. Both parties are still tremendously unpopular.

His popularity at 2 years is higher than Reagan's was 2 years in and look how Reagan is remembered.

I'm officially...Stroke-less.
