Predictions for the lame duck session

What are your predictions?

My bet.....there will be a tax hike for all.

Obama said in his new conference today that tax cuts were necessary, specifically for the middle class. He said that was something that he and congress were going to have to work at together.

I have heard but have no Proof, that a 1 percent tax on all credit card transactions will be applied?

I think this is a bad move for the Conservatives. Taking the house is one thing, establishing a balance is always needed. If they kept the liberals in office, the conservatives could have the entire thing in the next vote. The liberals would have none to blame but them selves. Now the liberals will have fuel for the next fire! When was the last time the president had the senate and the house during their entire term?

i was thinking the same thing,and almost voted demicrat across the board,but self controll got the better of me

the Dems fled DC before the election without voting on extending the "Bush" tax cuts.

They expired.
