Nevada Voters Complain Of Problems At Polls - Las Vegas News Story - KVVU Las Vegas

voter fraud already a prolbem! Hey you libs where is your anger about our soldiers overseas unable to vote thru absentee ballots? Place the shoe on the other foot for a moment ( I know I know, you may actually have to think outside the box) and see the big picture for a change. Texas is experiencing the same thing at some locations. Some of the locations only allow to vote democratic! This is pure madness, and you dimwitted libs are upset because we stepped on one of your kind. If it were the other way around, you paddycakes would have set the place on fire and smoke reefers all night bragging about it! And then sued them for possible endangerment to others from the fire!

Harry reid is offering food if you come vote for him in Nevada, and the Teachers union in Nevada is giving away gift cards if you vote for Harry dickless!

Re: fRIENDLY REMINDER

Clark County election officials insisted on Tuesday that electronic voting machines were not malfunctioning at polling locations are some voters complained that Sen. Harry Reid's name had been pre-selected.

Controversy arose after Boulder City resident Joyce Ferrara complained to FOX5 that when she went to vote for GOP Senate candidate Sharron Angle, Reid's name was already checked.

"Something's not right," Ferrara said. She claimed her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.

Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax said those claims were “patently false” and said at no time did any of those voters report the incident to staff at their polling location.

“In fact, although over 160,000 people have voted early in Clark County, those allegations that have been made have gone directly to the media as opposed to election board officers,” he said.

Lomax advised voters to be aware that touch-screens on the screens are sensitive. For that reason, a person may not want to have their fingers linger too long on the screen after they make a selection at any time.

"Especially in a community with elderly citizens (they have) difficulty in (casting their) ballot," Lomax said. "Team leaders said there were complaints (and the) race filled in."

At any time, voters can go back on the screen and review their selections. They are also allowed to make changes and encouraged to double-check their ballot on screen and on paper before it is cast.

Wow, that entire rant over a story of sensitive touch screens.

No, some locations are not forcing people to only vote democrat. Now you're just flat out lying. Harry Reid isn't offering food if you vote for him, and the teacher's union isn't giving away gift cards for Reid voters. This was a rumor that started due to a letter written by Cleta Mitchell, Sharron Angle's campaign attorney. She accused Reid and the teacher's union of these tactics, but provided zero proof that Reid is actually planning to do any of this. She simply alleged it. Nothing more.

It's ok to oppose a candidate. But if someone want's to appear more credible and more valid than their opponent, they should at least refrain from lying and spreading rumors. In the end, it only hurts them and helps their opponent.

I happen to think that this would be awesome. Providing a generous tax break for those that are simply the most indebted is stupid and unfair to non home owners.

There should be no tax breaks or write-offs of any kind what-so-ever.
Just the lowest possible tax rate for everyone that is possible.

I'm officially...Stroke-less.

That sure would be nice. Punishing successful people is not the right thing to do nor will it help the economy.
