Cool, then you can tell me where Bakkan ranks in comparison to other oil fields around the world.
In addition you can tell me how much of that oil is recoverable with the current technology, and how much we can recover each year. And on top of that, you can tell me at what price point crude oil would need to be trading in order to make the bulk of Bakkan oil viable.
Thanks for playing.
I honestly dont give two sh$ts about around the world or how much is recoverable..... I get paid to keep the rigs off the dreaded "DOWN TIME" day/night/365DPY. I pay close attention to the explorers and ground thumper croud. Pay real close attention to directional drillers and Highly paid "company men". They dont publish on the WWW sorry.
Well, Being your such a fact nut....nothing wrong with that... but REAL wprld facts are much different than everything you read on the internet all day from a variety of websites....with snoops obviously being your number 1 site.
There are millions of dollars being poured into refurbing and winterizing rigs to move into the northern portion of United States. But what do I know, I just finished up 8 Rig refurbs in Arkansas---granit these are going to Penn State there are more heading Strait north to the Liberal land.
Oil and Gas recovery is much much much more sophisticated than it was even two years ago....I could try and explain things to you that you would only argue with after you did your internet research..... I live it dont just google it.
But to be honest with you right now the bigger drilling contractors are more worried about the Shale in the Appalachian Mountain area. Oil is to follow... Gas is much more fun to drill for. I try and stay on the NG side of things.
I have no factual data as to what they can extract from the inerds of the earth, I just know where the money is being funneled to currently.
Follow the money. Cant find that on Snoops.
Im not trying to bash you here Pocket, just saying that you will never get the complete story from the internet. Read what you want but the truth is generally hidden within the tight nit oil/gas industry and not on the WWW.
