They're also not calling it a Christmas tree. It's the "holiday" tree. A few companys that have been making ornaments for the white house for years refused to this year for that reason

This statement is a rumor, and not true. Check out the video, especially the big sign on the side of the wagon that says "White House Christmas Tree 2009".

While these ornaments might not be "politically correct", the Obama's didn't do it. The tree designer who is responsible for selecting the ornaments is Simon Doonan.

Also, those ornaments were either recycled (used by previous administrations), or donated by people or groups. For instance, the transvestite ornament was donated by Hedda Lettuce, and had no idea his/her (whatever the hell it is) ornament was selected.

Over 800 ornaments were submitted, and Doonan was responsible for selecting out of that group to be used for the tree.

And if Obama disagreed with it the ornament would be taken down. For someone to say that obama has no oversight is a lame excuse.

Doonan should be beaten or given a one way ticket to china if he loves MAO so much.

Ya Curtis. My post was more or less pointing out "what" was on the tree. I wasnt pointing a finger directly at the Obamas.

BTW. Your new avatar is awesome!! Way to get in the Christmas spirit.
