I wouldn't doubt it. The terrorist love to try to sway decision making. Espically when NObama needs to keep his anti-war base happy. But also says we need to win there. So he's trying to keep everybody happy instead of making a decision. But he has time to campain for other for other democrats so we know where his priorites are.
