Obama's Housing Rescue

"In a move that suggests its initial rescue plan was insufficient, the Obama administration yesterday announced plans to widen the eligibility parameters of a key housing initiative. The change would allow borrowers with mortgages valued at 125 percent of their home's worth to refinance into more affordable loans."

Isn't this what caused the crash in the real estate finance sector. People were marketed heavily to borrow on the inflated value of their home.

Nope. Liberals cant see three feet in front of their faces. All he is doing is creating problems that young people like me, and the next 2 or 3 presidents will have to fix.

Re: Obama's Housing Rescue

barny frank, was in my opinion one of the main players in the housing collapse, by insisting that low income people get loans that they dont qualifiy for...they wont be able to fix this thing on the path that obama is going. 125%of what the property is worth.. wont do it.
