Re: Religion is ignored by the media

I'm still trying to figure out why people think Newsbusters is a legitimate source of information.

When a so-called "news" site proudly and prominently proclaims their bias right up at the top of the page, that should be a gigantic red flag to anyone halfway intelligent.

I have to agree.......anyone halfway intelligent can see that they ALL are biased.....to one side or the other. One cannot get the real truth from any
media organization.

There's bias anywhere, that's true.

But when a news company or a site blatantly tries to maximize their bias rather than to minimize or mitigate it, then there's going to be serious issues with the accuracy of their reports.

I read the other day that 94% of the time the politician with the most money wins.

It's a very disturbing factoid.

I'm officially...Stroke-less.

I think you have it backwards. There's no danger in anyone confusing Newsbusters with unbiased journalism. You can't be fooled into believing blatant BS.

It is in the organizations with unspoken bias where true peril lies. If you believe there is no bias where it actually exists, you can then be easily deceived.
