Re: Obama and the Court

Explain what, exactly?

That after dozens and dozens of these erroneous and bogus cases - all of them which have been dismissed - his lawyer team is fed up with the bull crap? Please, I would love for you to find a better explanation than that.

You do realize that anyone can sue you for any reason whatsoever, right? Now, imagine if someone had a personal beef with you, and decided to take you to court for the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.... all at a HUGE expense to you personally. And each one of those cases are dismissed.

At what point do you finally say "f#ck it, it's not worth the effort".

It's absolutely pathetic that this is still going on. What's worse, is that people still believe it.

you can say F this and F that all day long, but it the way it sounds and presented, there is a very strong chance that Obummer will not be on the Georgia Ballot. He is conceding that fact right now. And if so, other states will follow, and then the DNC will be forced to react proactively. They make a strong argument, if you have not read or heard all the facts presented. Keep your head in the sand. Stay tuned...

Re: Obama and the Court

This entire situation is disgusting on so many levels and this represents abuse of the court system to the millionth degree.

Many on the far Right are mostly pathetic little people and this just underscores this fact.

Really? What "strong argument"?

Yes, I've heard these so-called "facts". They are bogus. So please, enlighten us as to what all you think are "facts" from this case, and what you think are "strong arguments".

Re: Obama and the Court

These constant court cases against our president from the extreme right from completely fabricated charges are akin to someone interrupting your Cardio Surgeon WHILE he is performing heart surgery on you.

This man has a very very very important job. And these pathetic excuses for Americans are preventing him from being fully focused on the tasks at hand.

I realize that some Republicans will do anything by any means necessary to take away the rights of some (majority?) of Americans, which is what they are doing if they successfully remove Obama from the GA presidential ticket. They see it as their moral obligation to enforce their moral imperatives upon the rest of America by any means necessary. They will lie, cheat, and steal to reach their goals. But don't these people have any pride in being an American? In our Constitution? In the right to vote? In the Executive office? In how important Obama's job is and how insignificant what they do, is?

I'm officially...Stroke-less.

Actually, what everyone is calling a "nuisance" is them enforcing the Constitution. Let's say he is born in the U.S. he's still not eligible by the Constitution because his father isn't a citizen.

Absolutely and totally FALSE!

His father's immigration status is entirely irrelevant. Good job on blindly believing a lie while performing precisely zero research to find out what the law actually states in regards to a natural born citizen.
