First and foremost, it was a pretty darn good debate. They all did exceptionally well in my book.
There was one moment I was disgusted and was very unclassy to say the least on behalf of the crowd when they booed Ron Paul. He essentially stated this:
"So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you." I know he did not state it exactly this way, but based on Matthew 7:12, that in essence is what was stated.
I applaud Ron Paul for sticking to his guns. What we have been doing to other countries has been questionable, and I for one would not want done to me what we have done to many of those innocent people. That is the message I took from him.
Newt had a great performance, Perry suprised me, and Santorum was strong as usual. Romney just sounded way too arrogant and cocky.
