Here is a pic of my old setup. 2.5" leveling kit, 3.25" rear blocks, Bilstein 5100 series shocks, 325/65/20 Toyo Open Country AT (35.2" tall, 12.9" wide), BMF Novakane 20x9 wheels. Absolutely no tire rub on anything with this setup. Truck sits basically level front to back. I really loved the stance and look of my truck, but it just wasn't good at all for racing so I dropped the truck down.
Here is my new setup. Stock height in the front, 1.75" blocks in the rear (basically stock), stock FX4 Rancho shocks up front, Bilstein 5100 series shocks in the rear, Pro Comp traction bars, 305/50/20 Toyo Proxes, same BMF wheels.
