Trouble Codes on Cold start

Everytime the temp drops below 10deg it seems like, i have the same 5 DTC's pop up after i start my truck and let it warm up in the morning. And its only in mornings when its 10 or below.

Here are the codes according to my DashDaq

P1000- System Readiness Test not complete
P040D- EGR Corelation
P006B- Exhaust Back Pressure Corelation
P0480- Fan1 Circuit
P0528- Fan Speed Sensor Circuit

Has never thrown any codes when its warm. And its always after it sits all night, i can come out of work and start it after 8 hours and it doesnt throw them.

Re: Trouble Codes on Cold start

What tune are you running? The p1000 pops up everytime you clear a code, so don't worry about that one. The p006b could be from the sensor freezing up, I've heard of a few people having this happen, haven't heard of a fix for it yet. The p0480 and p0528 could be a bad connection at the fan, pull the plug and look for damaged or pushed in pins.

Re: Trouble Codes on Cold start

I run the 275 as a daily tune, i dont see anything wrong with the fan connectors but put some dielectric grease on it just for good measure. I guess the freezing makes sense since it was like 5deg out
