How, or what do you use...

to get black marks off your plastic trim pieces of the exterior of your truck?
I have tried Spray 9, Engine De-greaser, Sunlight...all with rinsing with a high pressure washer, and the stains/marks remain...
What else could I try??? Brakleen???

I am talking about the top of the rear bumper, and the drop hitch part of the bumper, and the front/bottom portion of the front bumper... (King Ranch, so it's beige, not black...)
