Flairs on or off to paint?

Should i mount the flairs to paint or should i paint than mount?

Thanks everybody. These darn things are so floppy i just figured it would be easier mounted. I will just have play around and figure a good way to keep them still and some what rigid for prep and Paint.

get some duct tape roll it into a big ball and push it into the back of the flares then down onto a piece of plywood or whatever you have laying around just be carefil pulling them off afterwards.
