Emblems

OK, the emblems on the front fenders that say F-250 LARIAT on the 05-07 trucks, the black lettering is flaking and it is a common problem i see a lot. Anybody know how to get the rest to make it a solid chrome piece without scratchin it up?

Re: Emblems

I believe acetone is whats used to make them "chrome". You just have to be careful not to get any on the paint.
