Tow Hooks

Hey Guys I want to clean up the plates on the bumpers that the tow hooks attach to but am not sure what the best way would be. I could just mask the bumper cover and spray a little paint on it but I am looking for suggestions.

Re: Tow Hooks

I just did mine, i used a wire brush on my angle grinder then a small handled brush for the hard to reach places. cleaned with acetone, sprayed with rustoleum rusty metal primer then some black paint, finish is pretty tough, if you want a perm solution use
