Best way to remove rust?

What is the best way to remove rust? My lug nuts and hub caps have gotten rusty as hell over the past winter.

use a ball of tin foil
but be careful, you can scratch it but it works real good

Steal wool works wonders you could always try that first.

The rust is right into the metal. I don't think that'll come out. But if your going to try, try a 0000 steel wool. There's also this stuff made by Eagle that comes in a little silver tin that seems to work well on chrome bumpers.

replace them or sand then down and paint them black.

2000 f350 ext. cab short bed 5 inch straight pipe to 7 inch stack, afe stg. 1 zoodad mod. isspro piller gauges, gearhead tunes, airdog II.
