Cleaning the Driveway

Have you guys found anything that works really good and cleaning up oil stains on the driveway? I've got some ugly oil stains on my driveway that have collected over the past year or so that I'd really like to try and clean up.

Is there some kind of cleaner or soap I can put on it to suck that up, maybe scrub with a push broom?

Re: Cleaning the Driveway

If its concrete and you have a construction supply house near by that has TK products. Get TK-00 its a solvent. It will clean anything. pour some one the spots. scrub it in with a brush. and power wash the driveway when you are done.

After that get some concrete sealer and either spray or roll it on.

Re: Cleaning the Driveway

De-greaser and a pressure washer took em right of my driveway. I forget what brand it was but it was some crazy stuff! It said to mix 20:1 for oil clean up, I just poured some right on the oil and it was gone!

Re: Cleaning the Driveway

I tried Simple Green on one spot and it didn't attempt to clear it up.

This will work and if you seal it afterwords a garden hose will take care of any oil spots afterwards
