best way to get dirt stains from seats?

well i have 05 crew cab with gray cloth interior and if you even think of a stain it apperas. even water drops make it lookes stained. ive tryed alot off diff. cleaners make it look like it does the job then u sit in the seat a couple times and they all come back. how do i get them clean? get all dirt out?

I have always used tough stuff in the yellow and red can with the scrub. Simple and has always worked for me. If it come down to it just have someone clean the seats at a detailer with a steam cleaner.

Steam cleaning is the best I.have found

Stains are probably set into the foam. Best way is to get it wet, put a vacuum over the stain and blow air with an air compressor from the underside. The more pressure and suction the better.

Take the covers off the seats. Put them in a washing machine and wash them. Let them air dry for several days then treat them with Scotch Guard! Reinstall them and it will be as new!
