What do I use to refasten the inside door panels, most screws will not tighten anymore.

Re: OBS. fastening inside door panels

Most have the plastic push pin style, along the bottom I had a few screws that would not get tight, just went with one that was just a hair bigger to get it tight

Re: OBS. fastening inside door panels

What normally happens is that you cause the metal to bow outward around the hole which then prevents the screw from tightening. If you use a body hammer and dolly to flatten the area around the holes back out you will find that the screws will tighten back down.

Re: OBS. fastening inside door panels

I know the OBS lower door panel screw are known to come out, I am planning to use nut rivets.
