Fender flare removal

Not sure if this is the right place for it. My truck has the lariat trim with the tan bottom and fender flares. I want to go all black with my truck and seeing as how the one flare keeps falling off figured I'd start there. Can I just use emblem remover to get the double stick tape off? Anyone done this before and can give some advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use a heat gun to heat up the tape. Should come off pretty easy.

Re: Fender flare removal

Here it is almost done. A little glue left to get off but not too bad.

Re: Fender flare removal

Are you going to keep the stock flares? If not, I'd buy them.
