Polishing a Machined aluminum wheel

Anyone ever do it?

I have 4 Alcoa wheels for my dually, the only problem is they are all for the front. The back side of the wheels(the side you would see when mounted on the rear) is Machine finish. How can I get it to shine like the other side?

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seat for OBS. PM me if any known

I'd hit them with simple green and a brush then SOS pads and a lot of elbow grease...?

Re: Polishing a Machined aluminum wheel

then either some cotton seed or linseed oil on your flitz ball works the best for me. I polish my IH 9900 every other weekend this time of year....... rub some flour into it after you are done... just a little on a diaper cloth

sanding works good too

if those are OBS I will take a set off your hands... sombody stole mine and left their steelies behind.
