After car wash detail

What does everyone use after getting home from car wash,I have been going over the truck and chrome wheels with meguires quick detail,it kills me to even use a car wash but I am getting lazy and to buisy to hand wash,none of my vehicles have ever seen a car wash till this truck since I was 16 and got my first truck,i am now 35 years old and just to buisy and running out of steam,any info would be great fully appreciated.

a good waxing every other month....i ussually use turtlewax ice quick detailer between waxes n washes....liquid ice wax on the black wheels does wonders....

completley stock truck...just a simple cat back system....and maybe a few other odds and ends
