Lightbulb some what of a newbie

Just bought a 2006 f250 lariat 4x4 with the 6.0 in it and I hear so much negative stuff about these trucks. I have a 2003 f150 that I've had for 11 years. Ford's have always been good trucks. I know these need more maintenance than gas powered trucks. This is a one owner with 180000 miles and at stock except for new injectors, the truck runs and drives really good so where do I begin with it?

Re: some what of a newbie

welcome! i would start by digging up all maintenance records to see what fluids have been replaced AND to see if it popped the HGs for one reason or the other lol! and then proceed with new brake fluid, p/s fluid, synthetic 5-40 engine oil, and then an egr delete!
