Rear seat back

Hey PSN, I have a '17 CC and can't get the left rear seat back to lean forward. It's a 60/40 type seat. I was told by the salesman that the seat doesn't come down. I can hardly believe this to be true.

Do any of you have any input or experience with this?

My 2018 doesnít have the strap like the video shows, my 2012 and 2014 F150ís didnít either. What I did was (I figured this out on them) get the saeat forward, remove the latch assembly (two torx screws) and carefully drill a hole in the little pin you actually pull to get it to release. I canít remember the size I used as I made up a couple, and still had one. Anyway, I then got a very small key ring loop 1/2Ē or smaller. I then got some para cord that matched the rear seats. I cut it long enough that I could wrap it around the head rest and let the loose end drap back behind the seat. If you want I can take pictures tomorrow, and show you, but it is super easy, the hole you drill only needs to be large enough to get the loop through it. The perfect size loop is the size the Maglight Solitare uses.
