Signature Limitations

I don't like to whine... But I will. Is there any way you can not allow banners, html, etc in signatures? It was slightly annoying when there was one or two - but now people have 2-4 banners or the banner is half a screen... I think there is enough advertisement on PSN that we don't really need members or sponsors from putting banners in their signatures.

We can all pimp our favorite sponsors in our signatures without banners...

Re: Signature Limitations

We have done a pretty good job of making the sign lines way smaller but i agree sometimes the banners is a little overboard.

Re: Signature Limitations

I agree. If a banner is too large its annoying scrolling through large stuff like that.

Nope. It isn't a single REASONABLY sized banner that is annoying. There was a sponsor banner (I think that has been removed) that was obnoxiously large. But then you get members - not sponsors - who like to pimp everyone they have done business with and put 2 or 3 banners in their signature. I get supporting site sponsors - but some text with their phone number does more than a banner. And then there are signatures like this - which only have 1 banner but you have to scroll through just to get to the post following it:

"Magnaflow XL
6637
RR
Folk Brothers Racing-StgII trans.
38r
Gearhead Tuning
Custom Traction Bars

Maybe I just need to go wash the sand out - but I liked when PSN signatures were about trucks and were limited in space. I think mine barely fit under the requirements when I joined - did the requirements change?
