A link for new members?

Not sure if I posted this in the right spot or if it has been done.

I was wondering if it would help to make a page for new members to check out once becoming a member that way it reduces alot of the same questions we get every day. I think some of the older members get sick of answering them every day. That way he can get a lot of his questions answered right away. This page should have links like What tunes? Diffrence in a early and late 99? How to intercool a obs? What turbo? and so fourth. Just a idea to throw out to help the site.

Re: A link for new members?

I think it's a good idea but like Arisley said I don't think that they would read it anyways. I guess that's what the library is for but I'm not sure how many members even think to check there for anything either.

Re: A link for new members?

You expect it from newbies. I really have no issues with that. But when someone that has been on this forum longer than I have, asks what's the differance between an early '99 and a 99.5, there is an issue. Especially when all that you have to do is look a little down the page at the active thread going already.

Re: A link for new members?

I think if you show them right away they will used it. Make a link up top that just says common asked questions. Then if they dont use it and post up another common question just post go to common asked questions link.
