95 f250 7.3 crank white smoke wont start???

So my truck was running spurred out and died towed it home. I got its started after replacing the fuel pump. Ran for about 30 minutes and stalled out, and hasn’t started since come close but wont turn over blows white smoke its been in the mid 70s temperature wise. I recently replaced the cam shaft position sensor, starter, fuel pump, ipr valve icp sensor and it has 2 brand new batteries. But the battery gage only hits the N on the NORMAL. Cleaned out fuel bowl and all filters to check for clogs, Replaced fuel bowl harness. The negative battery lead on the driver side gets super hot. When i was wiggling the cam shaft position sensor harness i heard a buzzing kind of humming sound then it stopped. Im thinking it could be a short in that harness? Does anyone know what that buzzing might be?

I'm betting glow plugs, relay or both. Yes, even at 70 degrees

Plug it in for a couple of hours if you have a block heater and see what it does.
