Unhappy 1994 f-250 -7.3L IDI Diesel going into a 2000 f-250 powerstoke

I'm looking to use the good 7.3L IDI engine I have to replace the blown 7.3L powers to me in my 2000 f - 250, does Antone have any knowledge of how to go about this project, and/or if it is even possible? I really need to make this work it's the only option I have for a motor and I'm very low on funds but can what is needed if it all totals up with in my small budget, lol!!

Step by step
1. post IDI on craigslist, classifieds, ecterta
2. sell IDI
3. look for 7.3 DI on craigslist, classifieds, ecterta
4. buy 7.3 DI
5. Swap in engine
6. Enjoy your truck again

I'd imagine it would be easier and cheaper to put in a 7.3 psd. The idi is not just a psd with no turbo. The idi is an entirely mechanical engine. The 7.3 superduty has a lot more to it than that. You'll probably need the entire idi drive train so donor truck not just an engine. Just find a 7.3 longblock. Can be had for cheap if you find a good deal

08 F350 Spartan tuned, egr delete, 5 in turbo back, no limit cai, ccv, cac pipe, bd 6.0 manifolds, bd up pipes, coolant filter.
3 vehicles in the scrap yard.
1 cummins sold to some boner next town over.
