Stainless Steel Tube From EPR Sensor To Exhaust Manifold?

I have a 1995 F350. The seller of my truck gave me a stainless steel tube that he said goes from the EPR sensor to the exhaust manifold. If I remember correctly, he said if I install it, I can see about a 2 MPG increase.

You think that's true, or not?

It's possible.
It's called EBP tube.
