Lose the K&N, maybe change out your fuel filter. I average 15-17. SC/LB, 4wd, 6spd. 285/75/16's that's in my tow/eco. tune, I have seen 21 driving like a senior citizen.

I'd send your chip into MattR66 or Aggie or Power Hungry & have it reburned. I wouldn't run the TS chip in the 140 (fuel 7) setting.

You ever heard a truck while it's running in fuel 7 or heard about the motors fuel 7 has blown up?

I have a 2000 CC SB 2wd Auto 20's w/305's also. I get around 15.5 to 16.5 around town. I don't travel on the highway much but did get 18.39 on my way back from Bowling Green at 75mph. Get your chip reburned by Wildman and ask for the budro #1 hole. That's a live tune that runs very strong and is smoke free.
